Lawn Bowls is for Everyone
Visit the Green
The Central Park bowling green is located just north of Sheep Meadow. Enter the Park at West 69th Street and walk east for 2 minutes. Stop by and say hello. Click here for map and directions.
Come to our Open House
During our May to October bowling season, you are invited to join us on the Green for a free lesson scheduled at the mutual convenience of yourself and a club member. If you are at the Green, feel free to introduce yourself and, if available, a club member will gladly show you how our sport is played. You will be hooked in no time.
If you are visiting New York City in the off-season and would like information about the club, please email us at email@example.com.
Learn to Lawn Bowl
Lawn bowling is a precision sport where the goal is to roll slightly asymmetrical bowls nearer to a smaller white ball (the "jack") than your opponent can. We are a truly global sport, played everywhere from the UK to South Africa, New Zealand to the Philippines, Brazil to Pakistan. In countries like Australia and Malaysia, it is a nationally televised sport with internationally famous players. A sport of skill and stamina where young and senior players can compete together at a national level.
